<h3>Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?</h3>
<p>Yes. Love Balungi products are crafted with <strong>vegan, cruelty-free ingredients</strong>. We do not test on animals.</p>
<h3>Are your products safe for sensitive skin?</h3>
<p>Our line was created with sensitive skin in mind and uses gentle, skin-loving ingredients. However, everyone’s skin is unique. We always recommend doing a patch test before using any new product on your face or body.</p>
<h3>Do your products contain fragrance?</h3>
<p>Some products are scented with fragrance or essential oils. Please check each product’s description and ingredient list if you have sensitivities.</p>
<h3>How should I store my products?</h3>
<p>Keep products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. For whipped butters and oil-based products, avoid leaving them in hot environments to prevent melting.</p>

<p>Due to the nature of skincare and beauty products, we are generally unable to accept returns on used items for hygiene and safety reasons. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out so we can help.</p>
<h3>My item arrived damaged. What should I do?</h3>
