Thank you for shopping with Love Balungi. Each order is handmade with care, and we’re excited to send a little glow your way.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- During launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier.
Free Shipping
We currently offer free shipping on U.S. orders of $50 or more (after discounts, before tax).
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.
Warm Weather & Heat Sensitivity
Some products, especially whipped butters and oil-based items, can be sensitive to heat. During warmer months, we recommend bringing your package inside as soon as possible after delivery. If your butter softens or melts, place it in a cool area or the refrigerator for a short time to help it firm back up. Texture may change, but the product is still safe to use.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply to resend it.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is missing, please first check with neighbors or household members and then contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.
