At Love Balungi, every product is made with intention and care. To help you shop confidently, please review our purchase and cancellation guidelines below:

Payment Options

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as:

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Shop Pay

  • PayPal (if enabled in your Shopify)

All payments are securely processed at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we begin processing your order quickly to ensure timely delivery:

  • Orders can only be canceled or changed within 1 hour of purchase.

  • After that window, all orders are considered final and cannot be modified or canceled.

If you made an error in your order, email us immediately at lovebalungi@gmail.com with your order number and the issue. We’ll do our best to assist you before your order ships.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of our products (handmade skincare and beauty items), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you received a damaged item, please email us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged item

  • A description of the issue

We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit if your claim is approved.
