Because our products are skincare and beauty items, we have to balance hygiene, safety, and fairness. Please read the policy below before placing your order.

All Sales on Used Products Are Final

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used or opened skincare and beauty products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

We list key ingredients for each product, and our line is created with sensitive skin in mind. However, we cannot guarantee that reactions will never occur. We always recommend patch-testing any new product. Love Balungi is not responsible for individual reactions or sensitivities.

At this time, we do not offer traditional exchanges for beauty products. If there is an issue with your order, email us so we can explore possible solutions.
